Partner4life Practice Management Service consists of the following:

• Payment of your full month’s turnover within 30 days after month-end.
• All costs are included in our fee and your bad debt is our risk.
• The management fees are calculated and expressed as a percentage of your practice’s turnover.
• Our qualified management fees are fixed for 12 months and will be adjusted as your needs change from time to time.
• Every Practice has its own specific needs, that we will adapt to. Ensuring the unique service, you require. Flexibility options give you the choice to manage your practice the way you want.
• 24-hour live access for your personnel to your accounts, financial and clinical information, provide you with transparency and control.
• No other administrative costs adhere to your debtors. We send your claims to the medical aid and follow up short payments. If the member is liable, we collect the debt from the member. We pay your EDI, software, network costs, telephone costs associated with the collecting of your accounts, paper, printing and collection fees from attorney’s etc.

Furthermore, our tailor-made turnkey solutions are delivered through the combined efforts of Partner4life and its partners. Our part of the solution covers:

• Registering a practice number for practitioners that are entering into Private Practice.
• Register the new practice number and banking details with all medical aids and/or medical aid administrators.
• Register the new practice number and banking details with RMA, FEMA, SAPS-COID; COIDA; SANDF.
• Training the practitioner and their personnel to use clinical ICD 10’s, medical account coding and PMB coding.
• If the Practice decides to make use of our outsourced debtors management services, we provide them with tailor-made options within our two service models:
  • Our Partner4life option guarantees your full turnover less our management fee: Payment is done 30 days after month-end. This option is available to practices that charge Medical Aid contracted rates. The Practice decides which services and risks it would like to transfer out of its practice i.e. Bad Debt; Creating; Billing; IT etc. The fee payable for our services is calculated on turnover.
  • Our Pracpay option is the more traditional collection agreement: The Medical Aids pay into your bank account during the month. You have the freedom to charge above Medical Aid contracted rates. The fee payable for our services is calculated on money collected successfully. Click Here
